Apartment Review for Wellington Place Apartments - Seattle, WA

Very noisey place to live. Lot's of section 8 residents = drug activity. Dozens of little latch-key kids roam the place, scratching cars etc. Parking is aweful, very little free parking available. Gym they advertise has never been fully functional, it's pretty sad. There is a small 5ft. pool and jacuzzi that doesn't work half the time. The plus side is the maintenance crew are hard working and do fix things. Revovling door of managers. Bad tavern and Circle K across street draws lot's of crime. For the money, you can find a better, safer place to live.
