Changed management and everything is going downhill (the general upkeep of the property, response time and efficiency to tenant requests, enforcement of rules mandated by the lease, et cetera). Dont expect to get a return phone call from either the management or the emergency maintenance line I am thoroughly disappointed. I hate it here.  Need to rent an apartment?
