Apartment Review for Lowell Emerson Apartments - Seattle, WA

I would have never thought about living in the downtown area but I am so very glad that I chose to. The Lowell Emerson Aprtments offer the best of downtown living. The location is amazing. One block from M. Street Market, various dining options, and Town Hall located directly across the street. It's an old building with a lot of character that you just won't find in those brand spanking new places that crowd downtown. Laundry facilities, old fashioned radiator heating that keeps you so warm in the winter months. I have read reviews about bugs and things, but honestly I have not seen any in my apartment. And if someone has them, it's because they were't smart enough to keep their apartment CLEAN! Keep your place clean, and you have no bug problems. It's as simple as that. Wayne is a fantastic apartment manager. When something is broken or in need of repair, he makes sure that your problem is resolved right away. The rent is very affordable, especially when compared to other places in the area. Pet friendly and friendly neighbors. I couldn't be happier!
