Apartment Review for Campus View Apartments - Seattle, WA

First, I had an exceedingly difficult time contacting the apartment management to even take a tour of an apartment they had been advertising. Took almost 2 weeks to set that up. After the tour I turned in my application, $20 application fee, and $250 deposit. One month later, after leaving several voicemails and emails asking the status of my application, they cashed my deposit fee. Obviously they had no intention of renting to me, given their refusal to email me back, cash the fee for my application, or call any of the references listed. The company refuses to refund my deposit. Completely unprofessional!!!
