Apartment Review for Ansonia Apartments - Seattle, WA

Having to look for street parking for 35 minutes was the worst. It is only getting worse in Capitol hill too. You definitely need to rent a place with parking. Besides the atrocious parking situation the owner and landlord seemed to conspire to do the absolute least possible to keep you in the apartments, when that failed they would offer for you to move into another one of Sound Property Mangagement Groups rentals, which are in similar disrepair and disrepute. I had to wait several months for some repairs and forever for others. It seems like about every two months something new would break in the apartments and then you had to put up with the rude and sarcastic manager who would make you feel like crap for suggesting that he get up off his butt and do his job. Besides that the place is way overpriced.
