Apartment Review for Amli 535 - Seattle, WA

I have to say as a resident who has lived here for over a year, and having lived in many apartments before here...I do NOT recommend this place for many reasons. First: the place is way too expensive...they say it is in an up and coming neighborhood...what that means is lots of construction, gentrification, noise, pollution, pot holes etc. Secondly, the office staff is two-faced and very fake/ coorporate. They pretend to be nice, but I have overhead them gossip about people behind their back. Third, $1800/month is too much for a 650 sq ft. 1 bedroom apt. Fourth, many of the residents in the building are stuck up and don't say hi when you say hi to them. It is too bad. I also should point out here that across the street is a very large halfway house with many people who scream and or suffer from mental problems. I have been directly approached several times by one of these people in a menacing and threatinging manner. Cars get broken into in the 100/month parking garage. The walls are paper thin, you WILL hear your neighbors. Please reconsider this place...unless all that I mentioned to you is not a concern. Thanks! Oh, and, the office staff routinely trolls sites like these and post annoynmous postings pretending to be a resident who "loves" the place. Just FYI.
